I know how it feels to take the first step in talking about our personal issues. Having experienced anxiety and depression during times in my own life, I bring a natural empathy and genuine understanding to each client.
I offer a safe space to explore, challenge, and understand your individual and unique experiences. With an extensive background in both mental health and charitable organisations, I tailor every session to you as an individual.
My integrative approach combines Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) methods — creating space to explore how past experiences frame the present, whilst developing practical tools for daily life and authentic reconnection with yourself.
